Listed below are simple tips that come to mind based on personal experience.  If anyone has additional tips, feel free to email them to me and I can add them to this list.

1.   Click on the blue links within the PDF documents to view corresponding websites on the Internet.

2.   Make a folder(s) on your desktop for the activities and pictures that you use most frequently.  Click and drag the folders to a flash drive connected to your computer or laptop.  You can also save any activities directly to your flash drive as well.

3.   The majority of the activities on this website are viewed best in a classroom setting, via a projector and projector screen.  However, activities can also be viewed in small groups or individually on a computer monitor.

4.   I have several flash drives but I have one designated just for therapy and I carry it with me everywhere.  Many flash drives can be attached to a key ring but I prefer flash drives that swivel or slide rather than the kind where a cap is removed.  The reason being is that it's easy to lose the caps to those types of flash drives.

5.   If you are using a single flash drive solely for storage of therapy activities and pictures, a 2GB drive should be sufficient.

6.   Comparison shop on flash drives.  I generally buy mine at Target or Walmart.

7.  A great way to track data and participation while teaching the lesson is to video your lessons.  I recommend Flip Camcorders, which are relatively inexpensive and very portable due to their small size.  Flip Camcorders record up to two hours and recordings are easily loaded directly onto a computer.  These camcorders can be purchased in stores and on Amazon.com.  *Make sure that you also purchase the tripod that goes with the Flip.  The tripods are generally less that $10 in cost and well worth it!

8.  If you own an iPad and want to save the activity templates on your iPad, I recommend the Dropbox application.  Dropbox allows you to transfer files from your iPad in an easy, user-friendly format.
